Ik zit er echt helemaal doorheen.
Doordat ik bij de dokter geweest was ging het eten weer even beter, het is nu nog geen week geleden en het is al weer helemaal mis.

Ik haat mezelf!

Ik weet wanneer het mis gaat, hoe slecht het voor me is en hoe het wel moet en doe het toch elke keer weer fout!!

Ik weet niet eens wat voor soort hulp ik zou willen of wat ik er van verwacht, ik het geprobeerd het voor me te zien maar dat lukt niet.
Ik weet niet wat ik van de therapie verwacht, ik wil hier gewoon uit komen...

Sorry dat ik zo negatief schrijf maar moest even van me af schrijven.
