Whoever is talking about Commonwealth Games, could not have actually been there!

The gymnasts, as always, have to stay with the team before the competition is finished - this is the same at every major international event, to keep the gymnasts concentrating on the competition.

After the competition, we went to the closing ceremony and then packed and went home; there was actually no time to see anyone or anything, unfortunately, in India.

Team policy was to get out there just before the event, and get away straight afterwards to avoid illness and also thieving etc .
