Subject: Don't play Rancho San Joaquin or use click4teetimes

I booked a tee time at Rancho San Joaquin using Click4teetimes and paid $79 +4.95 handling fee. The rack Saturday rate is $69. Click4teetimes is a rip off and Rancho charged full rates for punched out and burnt greens. The cart girl was also horrendous. We saw her on the 8th and she never made the turn. We saw her on the 17th and called out for her. She told us she would meet us shortly but never showed up. We didn't see the cart girl once during 18 holes from8 am - 1pm on a Saturday. This is unacceptable for paying more than the rack rate with horrible greens.

Don't play this course unless you're looking for a 5 hour + round and you're not particularly hungry or thirsty. Additionally, the club house did not express any apologies.

DONT USE CLICK4TEETIMES OR PLAY THIS COURSE. THEY'RE BOTH A RIP OFF!
