Subject: Loyola Game

Another great game for Todd with 35 points, while hitting great percentage, both from field and free throws. Dewitt (rebounding), MVS and Herbie also had great games. Also key was much better defensive effort than usual, with heavy concentration on Collins in diamond and 1 type set (with Todd, Herbie, and MVS taking turns guarding). Another key to holding score down was running a proper offense by taking good shots (sometimes late in shot clock) where we were in position to defend against the fast break. This game was especially tough because of the loud envirenment caused by about 400 or so students (reminding me of some of the days of the "red sea" of the 1970,s).
