Sure, as a scoring and senior leader Todd sometimes takes ill advised shots or fails to find the open man. However as the go to guy it is his job to at times take the high risk play, especially at points in the game when no one else is producing. I'm all for team play, but there are times (especially last Sat. when we needed baskets QUICKLEY), and he was the best option. Kind of like the quarterback throwing late interceptions trying to force the ball downfield in hopes of a miracle comeback. To me, TT should be given some credit for his willingness to put the game on his shoulders and accept whatever the result is. Let's not forget the plays he made at the end of the Northridge game, and the hoop in last minute of Siena contest to help us win!

I kind of agree with Nashville here, but I also can see how he really went overboard shooting at the tail end of the Canisius game. I look at it as a mistake of over-aggression. Todd has the confidence in himself to take the team on his shoulders and make the big play, especially in crunch time. That type of confidence sometimes comes without thinking, just reacting.

IMO, Todd has to channel some his confidence into setting up others for their shot. His assists totals are below average for someone of his talent to drive to the hoop.
