One thing that Ryan should keep in mind is the success of the decision of 2 ACC and 2 Big East players to transfer to the MAAC and Loyola. They recognized that their chances of playing significantly minutes in the ACC and Big East were limited and their best chance to contribute and play significant minutes was in the MAAC. Plus there are plenty of former MAAC players, including former Stags who are still playing in a professional capacity. Playing center for the Stags alongside his high school buddy is such an incredible opportunity for him. I hope he recognizes this.

I forgot about Iona's John Kelly, the 6'11" transfer from Penn State of the Big Ten and Canisius' Cory Herring, the transfer from Baylor of the Big XII. Again, these guys realized there best opportunity for impactful PT was in the MAAC!!! So if he concerned about the talent level of the competition, he need not worry...
