In reply to: JoeStag 's message, "Men's Lax selected in Top-20 in Pre-season Poll" on 12:39:23pm 12/22/05 Thu,

Stop hating on the Laxers. they have worked them selves to the top 20 in DIVISION I LACROSSE!!!! if you compare bball to lax, the top 20 is the same, True, there are less teams in lacrosse, but the talent in not. There are over 100 DI bball teams, most of which are TERRIBLE! 64 teams make the NCAA, 16 lax teams make it. 16 out of 56, DO the mathe on that one smart guy. Well done boys, keep winning.
And to all you doubters, don't take your misery in life out on the Stag Athletic programs. Root for all of them or root for none. Also, don't bash lax players, I love George Carlin, but he is dead wrong. If he watched a lax game he would love it. It is far from a "Faggy college sport". Stop hating on people.
Thanks and Happy New Year

Male lacrosse players had a GSR of 89%, with water polo second at 87%. Female lacrosse players led the way with a GSR of 94%, with four other sports reaching 93%. Weighting each sport equally, the average GSRs were 76.5% and 86.5% for men's and women's sports, respectively.
