Subject: MAAC - Conf vs Conf

Overall 21-26. CollegeRPI keeps track of CONFvsCONF, so here it is at teh midpoint of the OOC sched. I broke it up between Majors and Mid majors:

Majors (5-14)
---------------
Big12...... 1-0
C-USA...... 1-0
A-10....... 3-3
Big 10..... 0-1
SEC........ 0-1
Big East... 0-9

Mid Majors (16-12)
---------------
Big Sky.... 1-0
Meac....... 1-0
A-East..... 5-1
Patriot.... 4-2
NEC........ 3-2
Colonial... 2-2
Ivy........ 0-1
MidCont.... 0-1
MAC........ 0-3

0-9 vs Big East. There were some close ones but its very good that MAAC is scheduling these teams. T/O Big East, and MAAC is 5-5 vs Majors.

16-12 against Mid Majors is better. Re-estblashing our dominance over A-East, NEC, Patriot, and Ivy is important for a consistent MAAC ranking in the teens. Out loss to St Francis hurt that. Playing the Colonial at 2-2 is what we need to do, as we have been losing ground to them.

Good stuff there. Even Frank can't whine about that.

Re the Big East, how many of those games were at home? I believe just Providence-Fairfield. (Note: Rider-Nova was at the SBA but was a Nova home game.)

Still a few cracks at some majors, too. Iona still plays at Kentucky, at Seton Hall and at Fresno State.
