Didn't Fairfield have a similar ad yesterday? I recall it was also on the bottom of page 1 of the Sports section, advertising Friday's Women's game & Monday's St Joes game.

I heard the same thing..... that there was a Hot Hoops at Harbor Yard Ad in yesterdays paper. Very interesting that they put a very similar ad the day after ours runs. That cannot be a coincidence.

There is definitely a competitve fever between Sacred Heart and us, especially on their part. Fairfield tends to dismiss it, but it would be great that we could not turn this into a Rivalry on the Court.

IMO, the best thing for Fairfield is that Sacred Heart gets good and joins the MAAC. Couldn't get any better than a Saturday MAAC doubleheader with Sacred Heart playing Iona and Fairfield playing Manhattan.

I would never play SHU unless their RPI was under 150

Schedule some west coast games against Pepperdine, Santa Barbara, etc.
