Yes Shane, you are quite correct when you say that the Japanese government is trying to whitewash their war crimes by allowing the publication of that infamous school text book. However the good news is that very few schools in Japan actually use it. The last figure I heard was about.5% or one in 200.>People dont always do what governments want them to do.
