 NE were very careful -- they are very few allegations of true misconduct in the story. The only claim of sexual misconduct is the silly story about the chase after the very pregnant Hamilton through the apartment but even there the story does not claim that WKS actually touched Hamilton. And the story is clearly identified as told by Audra after having been told to her by Hamilton. In the legal sense, the Enquirer was very careful.
