Stating “different management styles” for leaving a job is as common as stating “irreconcilable differences” in divorce cases.

What it means is that for some reason they could not work together. And in most cases it is strictly professional. They probably disagreed on how to run the business, what responsibilities, growth opportunities each has and salary.

You never get a clear idea of the job on the interview. If that were the case, no one would ever quit or be fired. On the interview you only get a general overview. You see the reality when you start working.
