Subject: Lighting problem with 1990 Arctic Cat el tigre

 I have no headlight or tail light when my sled is running, but I do have a high beam that I can use and my brake light works. Is this a wiring problem or both bulbs? Any suggestions? I am not a mechanic by any means!
