Subject: Mikuni model and jet size

I am currently restoring two elans, I would like to replace the carburators(tillotson) with Mikuni carburators the engines are the 292 twin and the 250 twin and would like to know what model carburator and jet sizes would work best. If anyone could help it would be appreciated,thank- you.
