I would check your cyl's compression, they should be the same in both cyl's give or take 5-10 psi. Compression should be above 90 or 100 psi at least. Another thing that could affect compression is your head gaskets. Does it run ok with fresh spark plugs though? Or it could be just as simple as readjusting your carburetor-s, they could be running rich. I hope it works out you!
