Date Posted: 15:36:54 01/19/10 Tue In reply to: Matt 's message, "1972 elan lighting" on 12:43:28 01/17/10 Sun sounds like a voltage regulator issue, on an elan its mounted on the right side of the steering A frame, held on with 2 screws. put a meter on it? yellow & green wires with tracers on them are hot leads for tail & head lights. ground meter to chassis, prob mention wires to see what voltage peaks to.
