check to see if fuel gets past fuel pump. if it does, check to see if it will flow back into the pump when you stop pulling the engine over. if it flows back then the pump is dirty or diaphram is worn out,thus fuel does not get to carb. if not the is a screw in the carberator on top that when removed will have 3 or 4 holes, very tiny, all of them need to be cleaned with a peice of wire so u can see thru them. this will allow air flow to bring gas into carb.
