This pretty, sparkly dress was made by Mary Skotnicki. The dress was made in June 2008 and has been worn approximately 3 times. It includes the latest design features, with a dropped waist, five panels which sit flat across the front, inverted back skirt pleat, soft ruffled lace under the front skirt, and a soft shawl. The dress is constructed with extremely lightweight fabrics for ease of dancing.
The main fabrics are a lovely rich turquoise velvet, coordinated with pretty black and turquoise sewn sequin overlays. The underpanels are turquoise and the shawl is made from the same material as the sleeves ( black overlay with turquoise sewn sequins). The skirt lining is turquoise with white and blue random polka dots, and there are matching polka dot bloomers and a puffy turquoise headband with sequins and ribbon trim. Very large top quality crystal diamante buttons on the bodice add extra sparkle.

Chest(armpit to armpit): 16.5" (Daughter's chest measurement is 33")
