neck to waist 15inches,
across shoulder 10 1/2 inches.
actual waist 27 inches,
chest 28 inches,
skirt 14 inches,
sleeves 23 inches with satin cuffs that can be shortened to 21 inches,
total length shoulder to bottom of scallop 29 inches.
