Vicki has a brother seven years older than her!! She was born before the one child policy!!
As for an only child being rotten...well, only in some cases! I'm an only child myself, and I don't consider myself too spoilt...I still had to share my toys with my cousins and stuff...and i didn't get my way all the time or anything.
It is a little boring though, because you have no one to play with all the time (well, I was lucky and had my cousins occasionally!)
China's a cool place! I want to go there too sometime!
