Also, Eliocan is NOT the top Commander of the I.U. forces. Yazin (or Master Yazin) is above him in rank (and is also stronger). And then above them, the Red Czars living on Earth (only mentioned, never shown or used). There is also another character known as Yang Lao, (again only mentioned). I ahve not decided how powerful he is in rank, but must be pretty powerful, he at some point replaced Irina Romanova (but the unit was never used... in fact, it doesn't even exist). But oh well... Heh. Looks like one day I will have to make some sort of library explaining all of this. :P
