I see what you mean. Abotu editing 3Ds models, maybe you should try a free software called Wings 3D. It is in sourceforge.net, at http://sourceforge.net/projects/wings

I used it once and it seemed good back then. Thats what maybe I will use once again if and when I get around to makign a 3D game. Not soon, though. Studies. I can understand you perfectly about your projects as well.

P.S. I wont be submitting more Astroseries for a good while. I plan on packing all into a single flash game and do a remake here and there. Something of better quality. Plus, my ActionScript has improved so much that I think I can make a much shorter programming and add way more stuff (like weapons and better allies when they help you). The storyline will remain pretty much the same.
