Nope, I didn't get the idea from any of these games. In fact, I didn't get the idea from a game. I think I will answer this question later, so to give this some suspense :D

The new Astroseries is going a good way, I guess it will be released by August (its gonna kick butt, you can select your character from the group during gameplay, and switch it anytime). No more spoilers. Same story, but much better gameplay, graphics, and the episodes that were never made. A big single lone project, worth waiting for (I hope, lol)
