Entry fee is $100.00 all events. $75 for beauty, $10.00 for Overall Package (includes Casual Wear Competition), and $15.00 for Side Events. If you enter by June 1, 2013 and pay in full, you will receive $30.00 off your entry fees. Enter and pay a $50.00 deposit by June 1st and receive $15.00 off your entry fees.

Winners will be eligible to represent their title in any parade of their choice. They will also be recognized on the pageant website, paperwork, and advertisements.

Info/Rules

1. Everyone will receive a crown, certificate, and gift! Overalls, Supremes, and Queens will receive a Crown, Custom Sash, Trophy and/or Medal. No one goes home empty handed! Side Event winners will receive either a trophy or medal.

2. Each age division will have a Supreme, Queen, Princess, and two Sweethearts.

3. Each age division will also have side events: Best Dress, Prettiest Hair, Prettiest Eyes, and Most Beautiful.

4. There will be six overall winners. Three Overall Queen awards will be given to the girls with the overall highest scores from 0-3, 4-8, and 9 & up age divisions. Three Overall Beauty awards will be given to the girl with the overall highest beauty scores from 0-3, 4-8, and 9 & up age divisions.

5. In addition to beauty, there will also be an optional casual wear competition. There will be one Casual Wear Queen from each division. This is a separate award and can be double crowned. (Meaning that the Casual Wear Queen can also win a title in Beauty).

6. There are no residency restrictions. This pageant is open to anyone.

7. All early entries sending payment in full by June 1, 2013 will receive a discount $20.00 discount. Entry by June 8th and either pay a $50.00 deposit or pay in full and receive $10.00 off. Sibling discount is $30.00.

8. All entry forms and fees are due by June 15, 2013. A $50.00 deposit will hold your spot, but the total amount is due in full by June 15th. Since this is an all crown event, NO entries will be accepted after June 15th.

9. Sunday dress or short/long pageant dress accepted. Anything goes!! Casual Wear theme is Summer or Beach Wear (swimsuits are allowed).

10. This is an anything goes pageant. Natural or glitz anything is acceptable. Contestants are judged on Facial Beauty and Personality.

11. We reserve the right to combine age groups with less than 3 contestants.

12. Contestant plus one adult attends admission-free. Age four and under free. All others pay $5.00, no exceptions.

13. Registration begins at 10:00 am and will end promptly at 10:45am. All contestants must be checked in by 10:45am.

14. Only 1 person is allowed in dressing room per contestant. No men allowed in dressing room.

15. Bad sportsmanship by contestant or family will not be allowed. Anyone exhibiting such behavior will be asked to leave and forfeit any monies paid.

16. Score sheets will be available to pick up after crowning.

17. Vendor space is available, contact pageant director.

18. There will be a $30 fee for any returned checks no checks accepted at the door.

19. Crowning T-shirts are $10.00. Contestants are required to wear white or denim bottoms with t-shirt for crowning.

20. Pageant will begin with Beauty competition, Casual Wear competition, Age division crowning, and then finish up with the Overall crowning. Please be sure to stay after awards for pictures if you win Queen, Supreme or Overall.

21. We will also have a program for the pageant. Please submit a wallet size photo via email or postal mail to include in the program. Ads may be sold to help pay your pageant fees. Please email me if you are interested in selling ads. The contestant that sells the most ads over $125.00 will receive a crown 6ft trophy and be crowned the program Queen and included on the inside of the program cover. All Ads must be turned in by June 15, 2013.

22. Good Luck tickets can be sold for $1.00 each. Tickets will be entered into a drawing for a $50.00 Wal-Mart gift card. The contestant that sells the most tickets over $125.00 will receive a 6ft trophy and crowned and be recognized on the back page of the program as the Hospitality Queen all tickets must be turned in by June 15, 2013.
