Subject: Christmas Queens & Kings Natural Pageant

Holiday Inn, 9035 Madison Blvd Huntsville, AL
Registration at 8:00 and pageant @ 9:00
Taking entries on September 14, 2009 @ 7:00 pm
$75.00 Entry Fee ($30.00 of this being due by November 6, 2009)
No Makeup 0-9 No fake hair, flippers, false teeth, or eyelashes.
Attire is Sunday Best.
EVERYONE RECEIVES A CROWN, TROPHY, BANNER, AND A STOCKING FILLED WITH TOYS AND CANDY!!
Age divisions are:
Boys 0-3 and 4-6
Girls 0-12m, 13-23m, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6-7, 8-9,10-12, 13-15, 16-18, 19 & up
Age groups will be split with enough contestants.
3 Supremes receive an 8" or bigger crown, trophy, Monogrammed banner, and nice prize.
3 Mini-Supremes receive a big crown, trophy, monogrammed banner, and nice prize
Supreme breakdown is 1 from boys, 1 from 0-4 Girls, and one from 5 & up girls. I may separate the 5& up group into two groups with enough entries.
Age division winners will receive a crown, trophy, & banner and nice prize.
Alternates will receive a nice crown, trophy, and nice prize.
Optional event winners (Most Beautiful/Handsome, Best personality, and Prettiest eyes) will receive a plaque or trophy and a sash. Entry for optional events is an additional $5.00.(For all three not each)
In order to keep this a one day pageant, I am only accepting 10 entries per group.
All deposits($30.00) and entries must be in by November 6, 2009. If for some reason you are unable to meet this deadline, please let me know and we can make other arrangements. I just need to know who is coming so that I can order enough crowns and trophies.
