Subject: Is Zak a rip off?

Is Zak a rip off on the Tintin comics series? Tintin was there before Zak, the first comic appeared in 1929 and the last one in 1986, I think that Zak has ripped off Tintin for these seven reasons:

1. Tintin is a reporter, also Zak.

2. They both solve mysterys (Or puzzles) using non-violent methods.

3. Them two have dealed with aliens.

4. Tintin has travelled by all the world, also Zak.

5. So far in the comic series, Tintin has got three sidekicks, Zak got three sidekicks in the game too! (Annie, Melissa and Leslie)

6. Both of them have saved the world and then write a novelization of it.

7. Both look young, but their age are ambiguous.

Thats why I think that Zak is a rip off on Tintin (Although all the heros I' ve seen everywhere have taken something of Tintin)
