Yes, I'd forgotten that. I agree, it is perfect. It just seems such an obvious place to begin a story, yet nobody else ever did it.

When I first played Zak I had a job creating graphics on a 286 PC. I have never seen something like this before. Computers at the time were so lacking in power that even putting pictures on the screen was a new thing. Yet here was somebody like you and me, in a room like mine, and the game included the whole universe (or so it seemed!) and he lived in the computer, That concept changed my life. I am now creating a computer game and in a couple of years it will be my full time career. And it is all thanks to Zak.
