Three years sa period na ito ay magkahiwalay na ang mag-asawa, pero physically lamang. Ito ang iniinsist ng singer comedian nang tanungin siya tungkol sa status ng marriage nila ni Michelle. It’s public knowledge naman kasi na sa Australia na naka-based ang mag-iina ni Ogie while he opted to stay here to continue his showbiz and singing career. Dahil sa magkalayo silang mag-asawa, marami nang speculation ang kumakalat noon pa na diumano’y hiwalay na silang talaga. Ayon kay Ogie, hindi totoo ang bagong bali-balitang handa na siyang mag-file ng annulment any time now. Hindi raw niya kailangang magpaliwanag every time may balitang lumalabas tungkol sa marriage niya. Ang mahalaga umano ay alam nila ni Michelle na ginagawa nila ang lahat to make their relationship work. Distance fathering ang ginagawa ni Ogie para sa kanyang dalawang anak. Ogie's wife left the country with Ogie's daughter when they did because Michelle had a very close call with dengue fever. And even Ogie's daughter had caught it as well! So like a concerned mother she is she told Ogie she wanted to go back home. And Ogie was to follow them and start a new life there. Except he suddenly got all the work he has been getting. hehe.. ( That should be another great Inside Buzz story to be told to you all someday.. ) So those spreading the false rumors about Ogie and Regine were conviently leaving that tidbit about their dengue fever experience out of their false stories about them. That's a pretty glaring part of the real story to be left out! Well, they had too.. because it would put a big hole into their story about Michelle leaving the country because she and Ogie were having martial problems. You been clued in.
