Really? You're equating the recreation of a news event with having someone do something innocuous like washing a window to get some B-roll?
I have WAY more than zero knowledge of the business, so don't even go there. But your apparent ethics, or lack thereof, are on display for everyone to see as well.
So in your world: I'm sorry Mr. Ruth, I wasn't paying attention the first time...could you point again?
Oh, Mr. Roosevelt? My bus was late...could you get back at the podium and give that speech again? Something about infamy?

And to the poster who said I was grandstanding..who says I didn't contact the news station? You a mind reader? Got some Powerball numbers for me?
Folks, here's what it comes down to...the photographer staged an event that he should not have staged.
About 9 years ago, a photographer at then-Fox53 arrived late at the groundbreaking for the Beaver County Courthouse. He had the county commisioners, etc. dig up a bit more dirt at a different location.
The Beaver County Times mentioned it a few days later in a column, and the then-news director at 53 was quoted as saying that was a BIG mistake, was not within the station guidelines and would not happen again.
And don't make any assumptions about who I am and who I've talked to. So far, you guys haven't been right yet.
