Oh, yes...Joe would NEVER go in for any 'hype'...that is why he refused to do all those spots with Paul Long and Don Cannon and the station forcing that "Joe Said It Would" stuff on him. If anything, Joe was probably upset they dumped his heir apparent Don Schwenninger from the prime time cause Don to seek work elsewhere.
