You mean as in the 'almost always sleeveless' Katherine Amenta?! Generally speaking, the reporters just 'read and do' the news. Journalistic integrity and dress be damned! On 'TAE, a quick scan revealed a reporter in front of the county jail wearing his WTAE baseball cap. Yes, it was raining. Yes, it was 6:00 in the morning. Yes, it was dark. Yes, most viewers are not critical about these things. But the little attention to detail takes away from the reporting IMO.
