Subject: Remembering Michael Landon ( 1936-1991 )

16 years ago on this day, Michael lost his life after a 3 month fight against pancreatic cancer. A good man who was able to have a positive influence on those he touched so deeply in the 20th century. The 21st century can easily make its previous counterpart forgettable, but Michael Landon will never be forgotten by those he touched so deeply in life. A great actor and American.

Michael Landon was the one person I always wanted to meet. He is also the only person I didn't know that made me cry when he died. My mother was one of his biggest fans, and that ran down to me and a couple of my siblings. I MISS YOU LITTLE JOE CARTWRIGHT - CHARLES INGALLS- JONATHAN SMITH!!!

You were and still are the greatest actor ever to touch my life....even my children adore your shows!!!
