G r e e t i n g s RV fans, friends and cronies of the artist .. Does any Regine fans know what is the difference between the yahoo groups of Regine Velasquez and Pops Fernandez? There is a major glare that really should be mentioned in hopes that something important gets understood with all music fans of the song bird. mmJun >:-/ ------------ > There are four yahoo groups on Pops Fernandez at this time. One is about Pops and Martin. That one is the least active one.. Most of the Regine fans groups are not very active. RVML 1 and Asia's Song Bird group (RVML2) have been the only active groups besides the RVFans bird nest which has seen a small increase of fans joining since losing a few the last year. At this time the Bird Nest is posting articles that are related and relevant to many of the artist/fan issues. Recently there has been postings on articles that are about the artist media detractor and artists that have some close ties and directly connected to both artist and detractor(s). Also because of those who were picked to be in Regine's "Forever After" shows some articles posted on the group touches about some of their past work and showbiz projects. To understand what the real purposes were in them being directed to work for RV/Aria by her media detractor. ----- > Gold was always her word < ----- Regine means to keep her word about .. NEVER CANCELLING ANY SHOWS. It is a known thing to most Regine fans that Reg never cancels her shows. Especially when it is a major concert. But she has done it, hasn't she? She cancelled that repeat performance of FOREVER AFTER within a short time span after the first shows. Regine fans, when has something like this ever happened with the song bird before? R2K remembered- Everyone knows what would be considered as the first time would be when her US R2K tour had to cancel out because of that US Embassy incident. Canada Incident- Another time would be those Canada concerts because the concert promoter would not send an advance payment as part of the agreement made with those under Regine's working circle at the time. The 3rd time - But do Regine fans remember when the 3rd time it has happened? The 3rd major concert that was cancelled not long before its show date? Any sharp Regine fans able to recall when? ------------ > Regine means to keep her word about .. She makes a personal promise about any agreements she has with anyone especially with her music fans. It is also known thing with older fans about how Regine means to always keep her word on any personal promises and agreements made between her and others. (fans or friends) If she doesn't? Then Regine fans, friends and working cronies ( past & present ones ) should know that most likely there would be something going on that should be looked into. Something wrong must be happening.. because Regine would not go against her own word ( u n l e s s ) she was being made to do it. It can happen when certain wrong means of manipulation are used.. One example is when Reginefan Yushy was given the okay to be her official web site maker. It was never explained properly why that changed somewhat suddenly when it did. But its noted he was based in L.A. And he was at one time doing fan web sites for Pops Fernandez and then one site for pics of both Regine and Pops together. It should also be noted that Yushy was one fan, regardless of what may have been said or heard, was at least trusted enough about something important- That whatever may happen he can be counted on doing the right thing for Regine. In regards to his work as being the webber for her official web site. Pops fans are much more respected than Regine fans by the artist detractor and company. Because most of the Pops Fernandez fans yahoo groups are united. Not like our song bird groups which are terribly, terribly disunited dispite numbering more than 1500 members or more! I was once banned before on Pops Fernandez yahoo group. For everyone's information about that it was based on several things at the time : One was because - I defended the song bird's position about being a friend to their concert queen who wasn't at all insecured about having that kind of title because her friendship with Regine meant more than anything as shallow as something like that. Not to mention Regine wasn't trying to take anything away from Pops. Someone in the media was making it look that way. If only music fans of both artists remembered the years Pops mentored for Regine. There were a few other things involve in my banning back then.. but I was invited back into the groups. The persons involve in banning me has since apologize repeatedly for the ban. Now whenever I have any questions I can always expect to get several replies from Pops fans. On the song bird groups it seems more and more Regine fans are being made to keep quiet! Some of the moderators of RVML are even the ones who been attacking our own fellow Regine fans before I decided to let them gang up on me so I could see who the heck they really were. And no one was more surprised than I was then when I learned it was the very people we all thought were doing the defending for us. Anyway. I think its right Regine fans should know something about all this and why it was important that fans tried to get unified before as a group. Everyone knows how there been some Regine fans who were mistreated and forced off the groups or pushed into the backgrounds by known and sometimes unknown persons who are among us. If you didn't then you do now. It was happening alot. And it still does happen even today. Everyone should know how Regine fans were being talked down or being told off by those who are working in the artist's circle. Everyone should also know that Regine fans were already getting a bad reputation since before after several members of mostly RVML did things that were offensive and got known by the artist herself. Remember the time someone sent a post to the Lea Salonga list and made sure it was noted that it came from the Regine (RVML) list? Nice slick move there by someone known to Raffy. So can we blame the way we are all have been treated at times? When even an award winning web maker for the artist is tagged for being involve with some shows of the artist getting cancelled! And make no mistake about it- everyone of you are paying for those things that happened even if you don't think so. You all have been. You don't realized how your voices were being forced into silence. But not with Pops fans. They stood their ground and stuck together through thick and thin. And because of it they are now getting the respect they deserve even from Pops media detractor(s). But on RVML the Lea & Regine list incident was never properly handled. They got away with what they wanted to get done. Which I believe was to cause a break between Raul Mitra and Gerald Salonga.. Another reason is the way I get treated by Pops fans. Yes. How yours truly is treated by Pops fans. It is obvious to Pops detractor(s) getting me banned again is not easily going to work in Pops groups. I'm accepted there. And my opinions are treated with some respect. Some fans are even protective of me there. While on the Regine group.. everyone goes along hoping to get along even if things are going wrong, right? Re: Pops Fans - to the next level for their artist & friend Greetings Pops fans, Not meaning to undemine anything that truly belongs to the efforts of the artist herself and all, but I think its best to put things in some of its correct prospectives.. Pops fans need to remember one very important thing about all that's going on that is new and exciting in Pops career these days.. It wouldn't be coming about if it weren't for those Pops fans who cared and showed enough concern about the negative things that were happening to her in the past. All these new things you are hearing about.. all these new exciting things that are now happening are due to her fans themselves. Make no mistake about it. Someone like me and even Pops herself are nothing without those kinds of real efforts done by music/movie fans who showed true concerns for the welfare of the person the artist is. (who was her real acting manager at the time.) All Pops fans of this yahoo groups should take some time in reading those specially made reports that just may never see the light of day outside these groups. They may never get posted in the local showbiz entertainment media. There may be no reason for it. Since we all can see how hard her detractors are working on doing good things for her today.
