 Cacai Velasquez Cacai Velasquez’s song “Forever Blue”
won the 1998 Katha Awards for best Pop Song of the Year.

She is Regine Velasquez’s younger sister.

Regine launch her very own RTW line which she
will call Reigne.

Cacai Velasquez, her sister and who is the one standing as her manager now,
will be the one managing that business for her.

Regine Velasquez's younger sibling Cacai Velasquez,
managed to win three awards for her own debut album
"As Still As a Photograph" during the 1998 Katha Awards.
