Subject: Help to repair an over-stretched liagament of the Penis

I need help concerning results negative obtained out of penile exercises consisting of stretching and forcing blood in my cavernous tissue of my penis...

The ligament has been so stretched that I've found a serious reduction of my erection...! The head has become spongy instead of the initial hard-rock at erected state...1

Would like to know a method to heal it or how should I do to make complete healing of it...?
