Subject: Penis ligament, penis scar, penis bruising, penis fracture

So recently when I have erections I have pain and I think it's my ligament because every single time I have an erection it goes to the right and it feels loose on the left it never felt that way before and now it's always pointing to the right no restrictions from the left to pull it to the center like it used to.
I also found bruising on the underpart of the penis along the shaft and it could be scar tissue.
So basically is the only option for me surgery and is it safe?
