I just wanted to let you know that I love your show, and I think that you do a lot for people. To many people talk about the things that you have people do on your show and don't take time to think about the fact that the people who come on your show almost always want something from you. Whether it is plastic surgery, an evaluation, or just publicity. They can't expect to get something for nothing right. Keep doing what you're doing!
