Yeah, I've never had a bad any pain or difficulty breathing, and neither has my girlfriend. Both of us tend to spasm when unconscious, but I think it's nothing to worry about. What I don't like is that I have a tough time convincing my girl to let me choke her or to have her choke me, mainly because of all the bs media flaming this act. She's read many articles stating that kids have died doing this, but it's always a kid playing by himself found with a rope around his/her neck, which is completely different from what we are doing. I wish I could find some accurate to prove that this is hardly dangerous... at least when done right.
