Today, I got put to sleep by the easiest method ever! a silk tie around my neck, I admit, I went to see a mistress and she sleepered me for an hour straight using traditional sleeperhold, leg scissors, neck pinch and a silk tie, it was wild, I was knocked out cold every time, the scarf was great because she was standing in front of me, not wearing alot and I could see into her face and body as I passed out, the tie is placed around your neck and crossed in front of your neck, the tie should follow around your neck just under the jaw and pulled accross as tightly as posible left and right, basically, in line with your shoulders, 10 seconds later, goodnight, just like a sleeper, the sight of her smiling face and taunting me about being knocked out as everything went grey and then black was great as was her stroking my chest when I came too, wow. She did this a few times and I was told to take a deep breath and hold it, I noticed that I couldn't breathe out but I passed out long before I needed to take a breath anyway. Again though and most importantly, release the hold when your partner loses consciousness. Just thought you may like to know.
