The vein is thick and blue (about 2mm) similar to the other larger veins on the penis. Usually it runs up each side of the frenulum and I suppose it would be in slightly different place for everyone. Mine ended about 2cm from the end of where the frenulum attached to the head and so didn't pose a problem. If you pinch the frenulum and pull it out and you have good light you should be able to see it. It is pretty obvious though so if you cant see it is probably further down the shaft and won't get in the way.

Putting the needle through with one hand holding out the frenulum is the frustrating part. I pinched it together and pulled it out slightly. The closer/deeper you insert the needle to the shaft the larger the release will be e.g if you go 0.5cm deep you will get 1cm extra length once it separates. That is about how deep I went. I thought it better to go in small steps and judge if I needed more as I went along since there is no going back! As I mentioned in my other post I will do another stitch once this one fully heals. It isn't painful but it is still a bit tender like after any cut.

Okay, this might sound like a silly question, but how
