I expect that by now you do have some answers to your own questions. :p

I would suggest that you click on "main index" (top right quadrant of page) and look at my first post and skintight's posts in the thread named "MAIN thread penis frenulum tying (ligation)" etc.
We have been tying up a few loose ends ourselves, so to speak lol.
