I've never heard of vinyl disease spreading to other toys. Your other ponies should be OK if they're not showing signs of it. However, if they've been kept in a place that has extreme temperatures, they might come down with it later. I've had this happen with vinyl Cabbage Patch Kids.

I don't recommend keeping your ponies in a storage facility unless it's climate controlled storage. Mold, VDS, pox, etc. is typically caused by moisture build up inside the toy that spurs the mold growth. High humidity can make the inside of a plastic toy sweat. That same kind of mold can be caused by a breakdown in the plastisizer with age - that is a factory thing, and some toys are simply prone to it no matter how careful you are with them.

No need to do anything with the other ponies, just keep them dry and out of the elements as best as possible.
