If only those concern Filipinos who want the Philippines step forward, come, go back to the Philippines,your country of birth, share your talents and knowhows on how to build this country up again. Now if you are not a concern Ilocano/Filipino citizen, just stay there abroad and make the most of it. Dalhin lahat nang pamilya ninyo diyan para di na maapektuhan sa crisis sa Pilipinas. Dont forget that a lot of Pinoys living overseas are still Filipino citizens or have dual citizenships. In any way they still have strong attachments to the home country except maybe for those Pinoy who totally relinquished their Filipino citizenships and had cut off their ties with the Philippines.
