Subject: You cannot say Pinoys living overseas should not have a say to what is going on over there. Dont forget that a lot of Pinoys living overseas are still Filipino citizens or have dual citizenships. In any way they still have strong attachments to the home country except maybe for those Pinoy who totally relinquished their Filipino citizenships and had cut off their ties with the Philippines. In fact, a lot of them pay taxes for their properties they left behind there and they are also sending money to the country keeping the Philippine economy afloat.
