Here is my favorite breakfast hehehe. Kurang na la iti kape.
Sometimes I do crave for tuyo. Luckily there are a lot of Asian grocery stores in the city where I live. They usually come in small air tight sealed plastic packages. Once in while I also do get them through my folks from the Philippines as pasalubongs. Naimas isu na laeng ta umarimoor iti angot na ngem isu met iti naimas. When you're cooking them just make sure that the smell doesn't go all to way to your neighbors if you don't want them hear complaining about the smell. I usually cook dried fish in the microwave instead of frying. It is easier that way and this way you can also avoid the grease. Another favorite is a dried fish from PI but I forgot the name of it. It is a very thin and long almost transparent fish. It crunchy and taste good and also less saltier than the other dried fish.
