OLTL has already lost this viewer because of all the After-School drama. I have children and watch soaps to "escape" that nonsense. We work hard and have great children and don't really need, want, or desire to see "kids gone wild" drama. Even my own who I catch "tuning in and paying attention" to my "stories" lose interest with OLTL. I thought maybe it would peak their interest so I began Tivo'ing it and watching it when they were around. They are more interested in Victor Newman and Katherine Chancellor, Murphy, Adam Chandler, David Hayward, Jesse, and Tad Martin than the kids their own age. They tell me "call me in when the "good ones" are on.
How I wish GH had the good sense to keep SM on their cast. He added so much and will be missed by this viewer. He is a wonderful talent and I am hoping that Y&R is waiting in the wings to scoop him up just like they've picked up all the other wonderful talents that ABCD does not have the good sense or foresight to keep on their canvases.
I am fearing that the not so good news regarding AMC is regarding MEK. Could the OLTL vet be ES? With the current direction, it seems as if anyone over the ancient age of 15 should begin seeking other employment!

But, still. I don't think they would have resigned him for a year, created a storyline for him, and then get rid of him. Then again, it's Pratt, and Pratt's a lying bastard. So, you never know.
