I don't know how old or good you mattress is on your bed, but if you need a new one get one because it will help your back.
I learned the hard way when I had severe back trouble and bought a new mattress it helped tremendously, but also have to give my chiropractor a lot of credit. I hope you feel better and hope you heed this message. XOXO
