Subject: Update on Ravenbeauty & Soaps

Hey Guys, I've been a little preoccupied over the past few days. Tried to see if I could skip my chemo this week and resume next week, but my Oncologist wants to see me this Thursday as planned (having intense Neuropathy). A little bleeding as well, but it's the leg and foot pain that is taking center stage. I still feel blessed that I have not had nausea and vomiting yet, so I will take what I can get. I'm taking mega doses now of Alpha Lipoic Acid and L-Carnatine along with low dose Dexamethasone and Percocet to offset the pain, but I just didn't realize it would be this intense. I seemed fine for the first day, but I am learning that even one dose takes it's time to make the rounds throughout your body. It wakes you up from what little sleep you get. I just thought maybe a week off from the Abraxane (known to cause it) might be good, but they still want me in for bloodwork and to resume if possible. I know I need to press on, but this has been INTENSE and it seems to be building for some reason. Neurontin gives me Bronchitis, so that's totally out (Lyrica-very similar).

I've had quite a few of you email me about that "leading man scoop" I let pass by so quietly when it was announced (winks to Tom especially), but I've just had a lot on my plate these days. This is that excerpt from my late August column right before the holidays for GH (you guys got it right the first time):

A game of musical shows is coming to a screen near you sooner than later. More than one performer will be jumping ship to join another show with a very familiar face at the helm. Not everyone is joyous with what has happened to their characters, and it shows. Look for a few baseball like trade offs coming soon (you win some...you lose some as they say).....

I also told you that the leading man who would be leaving GH a few months prior to that August column, would cause rioting in the streets as he is considered a huge part of the show. Now it's out and we have what we have.......

I wish I had time for my column right now, but with all of this going on, I honestly don't. My scoops on Faison and Lucy Coe have come to fruition, and another is about to hit as we speak.

I have purposefully avoided all things Prospect Park this past year for a reason. I refused to touch it. I am overjoyed at the prospect that it looks like this time it's actually a go, but because of what happened in the 11th hour last year, I will have reservations until the day I tune in and see the first episode (but that's me, it does not need to be you). I will rejoice right along with you once they are FILMING. What a beautiful gift if true, but now (I) need to SEE it first. Call it collateral damage over time.

In that vein, there is one thing that I found interesting today. If there is any truth to all of this, a very popular character from GH will be doing a reverse crossover and leaving GH to star anew on one of the new ships. Time will tell........

Thank you for all of the beautiful notes and emails you have left for me. They are incredible for me right now. I wish I could focus on more of the fun stuff, but right now, most of my energy has to be in this fight. I love you! XOXOXO! ♥

Raven- I havent been hear in a long time-- I am sorry to read of whats going on in your life. I am very sorry.

In the past I have asked loads of questions- you were always wonderful and shared what you could. I thank you for sharing and giving what you did and continue to give us- even while life has given you a full plate.

Popular actress from gh doing a crossover to AMC or OLTL??? Hmmmmmm who could that be? My mind is racing- Tracey...Laura....Robin....Skye...Carly who could it be

@mrsa1107: Raven never said it was "actress" or a "she"! She said that it was "a very popular GH character will maker a crossover appearance on either AMC or OLTL on PP" which could be either a male or female cast member on GH!

Prospect Park will absolutely be going ahead this time. The naysayers annoy me endlessly. Seriously, you can't just FEEL how different it is this time? Sure, once bitten twice shy and all that, but I'm allowing myself be excited by what's coming and enjoying every minute of it. I'm a believer. It's sad to hear that so many others would rather be miserable when their wish is coming true.
