I wish I had the words to express what John and I just learned today from the Sarcoma specialist about my my case, but needless to say I have contacted Jaclyn Smith to cancel my show for tomorrow (she was very kind, saddened, and understanding as I just heard back from them). I am about to let my dear friend Mark Pavia know that I must cancel Sunday's show as well. We are devastated. There are multiple Angiosarcoma growths in my chest now all moving towards the lungs. He said that these are not lymph Nodes we are looking at, but growths. There are just too many. There are growths where Lymph Nodes are not even present. I was under the impression that these were Lymph Nodes, but they are not. There are several and all characteristic of the Angiosarcoma he is all too familiar with. He said that surgery is not an option in my case period. To his credit, he had tears in his eyes as we were leaving and kept saying how sorry he was. Not as sorry as we are, but grateful for his kindness and humanity. Not as many tears as John and I have right now. I won't be doing my shows anymore. I'm devastated and trying to process what we were just handed. They have studied my films extensively and things are just surreal. A lot has changed for me since June when I was feeling on top of the world. I am too upset to even think of talk shows when my heart is utterly broken. We were prepared to move closer to a surgery date today, but what the specialists saw in those images was the reason why nobody wanted this case. I love you guys. I always will no matter what happens. ¢¾
