Long term lurker here - I am wondering if you might consider doing something like a Facebook page? That way you restrict access to those of us who actually appreciate all your wonderful efforts. If you are drained, I can certainly understand that - there are FAR too many haters in this world, but something like FB might give you an opportunity to find your love for scooping again. If you give someone access and they abuse the priveledge, its a simple process to defriend them.

I totally didn't expect this. It saddens me to know that you won't be doing this column anymore. I have been reading your column for about two years but never posted. I want to thank you for all the hard work you've done for us. I can understand wanting to get all that negative weight off your shoulders. I'll be checking back, in case you decide to post about something none soap related, like sage did.
